Executive Chef and Owner Gerardo Rosales has worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years bringing a wealth of experience from many well known establishments to T.j.'s Tacos Locos. Gerardo decided to start his own catering company to bring both his passion of cooking and love of the art to the public. He started his career as a dishwasher in a local Carrow's and quickly worked his way up the ranks.

Director of Operations Tressa Norton is a graduate of the University of Redlands School of Business and brings a wealth of operating experience to the company; from finance to daily operations. Her skill to juggle may projects and achieve the desired results has proved to be vital to our success.
